Prior to joining FIMI in 2006, Mr. Ben-Haim worked with Compass Advisers LLP, the Merrill Lynch Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York, and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Ben-Haim is a Director of Polyram Plastic Industries (TASE), Magal Security Systems (NASDAQ), Tadir-Gan Group (TASE), TAT Technologies (NASDAQ, TASE), Orbit Technologies (TASE), G1 Security Solutions (TASE), Aitech Group and Simplivia Healthcare.

Mr. Ben-Haim holds a B.Sc. degree in industrial engineering from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. degree from New York University.
