Prior to joining FIMI in 2019, Mrs. Asher-Topilsky served as the President and CEO of Israel Discount Bank (TASE), as the Chairman of IDBNY BANKCORP and Mercantile Bank and as a director at IDB Bank New York, all since February 2014.

Before that, Mrs. Asher-Topilsky served as a member of the management of Bank Hapoalim (TASE) as Deputy CEO & Head of Retail Banking Division and worked as a Strategy Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Mrs. Asher-Topilsky is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of G1 (TASE), Rimoni Industries (TASE), Kamada (NASDAQ, TASE) and Elyakim Ben Ari. Mrs. Asher-Topilsky is a Director of Amiad Water Systems (AIM), SOS Energy Express and Tel Aviv University.

Mrs. Asher-Topilsky holds an M.B.A. from Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Management, Cum Laude, from Tel-Aviv University.
